Does your website answer guests?
Parking, breakfast, check-in, pets, accessibility and more, found on your own pages with the exact words relied on, and the page where each missing answer belongs.
AI visibility for hotels
Guests now ask AI assistants where to stay. Presence Pro reads your hotel the way those answers are built, shows you who gets named instead, and re-tests every month so you can see what moved.
The shift
Those answers are assembled from your own website, booking and review sites, maps, open data and press. If the pieces are missing or don't agree, the answer may not include you, or may get you wrong.
Parking, breakfast, check-in, pets, accessibility and more, found on your own pages with the exact words relied on, and the page where each missing answer belongs.
Real traveller questions put to an assistant with live web search, each asked more than once: how often you were named, where, who was named instead, and which pages it cited.
Booking and review sites, maps, open data and press coverage, checked across 30 points, and where the picture doesn't agree with your own website.
How it works
No integrations, no tags on your site, no access to your systems.
Subscribe, then give us your hotel's website. That's all that's required. Add its name and town to sharpen the outside checks.
Your pages, open map and data sources, public search results, and an assistant asked real traveller questions.
A readiness score shown with how much it rests on, the few actions worth doing first, and PDFs to forward to your team.
The same questions, word for word, so you can see what changed, and only when the change is bigger than the noise.
The report
Every finding shows what we found, why it matters, the evidence and exactly what to do. Browse a taste below, or read the full sample report.
The assistant named the hotel in 5 of 14 answers. Plausible range 16% to 61%.
One assistant, one day, a sample and never a market ranking. Every figure is a count over this sample.
Five actions, in the order worth doing them.
Confirmed means a quotation the audit checked on a page it read. Absence on a part-read site is never called a fault.
Three steps, then one card per thread.
Answer once, as the hotel, never as a guest. Never seed reviews or offer anything in return. Nothing is ever posted for you.
Honest by design
Hotels will act on this, so Presence Pro is built to be right, and to say when it can't be sure.
"72, across 60% of the full model." Anything we couldn't measure is marked not assessed, never scored as zero and never quietly left out.
If we read some of your pages and found nothing, we say not found on the pages checked. A page we couldn't open is never counted against you.
One assistant, on one day, asked more than once. We never turn it into a market ranking, and we never claim to know why an assistant chose a hotel.
Booking and review platforms prohibit automated reading, so we don't do it. Your own review export gives you the full analysis instead, and the review text is never saved.
No guaranteed rankings and no "become #1 on ChatGPT". Advice never involves fake or incentivised reviews, paid placement passed off as editorial, or posting as a guest.
What we found, the page or quotation behind it, why it matters, exactly what to do and where. A recommendation with no evidence is withheld.
Who it's for
You don't have an SEO team. You get a short list in plain English: what to change, on which page, and why.
One consistent report per property, the same questions every month, and a clear view of which hotel needs attention.
Evidence you can put in front of a client, with the caveats built in, so you never have to explain away an over-confident number.

Questions
We can't promise that and nobody honestly can. What Presence Pro does is show what an assistant said, which sources it relied on, and what your own pages leave unanswered, so you can fix real gaps. It never promises rankings.
Today the sampled answers come from one assistant with live web search, and the report labels them clearly as a sample of one assistant on one day. For ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot and others the report gives you a checklist you can run by hand. We would rather be clear about that than pretend to cover them.
Not directly. Their terms prohibit automated collection and we respect that. We identify your listings through public search results, and you can upload your own review export (a CSV or Excel file from any platform) for a full review and reply analysis.
You subscribe and tell us your hotel's website. We prepare your report and email it to you, then again every month, with the change since the last one. There's nothing to install and no tool to learn.
Your reports are sent only to you. We keep the results so your hotel can be tracked from month to month, and we never show them to anyone else. Review text from an export is analysed for that run only and is not saved; only counts and rates are kept. See the privacy notice.
Yes. It works for any hotel with a website, and searches are run as if from the hotel's own country. A few checks, such as the UK food hygiene rating, apply only where that data exists, and say so when they don't.
Monthly reports start at £49 a month plus VAT where it applies, and you can cancel at any time; it ends at the close of the period you've paid for. See pricing.
