About
Built to be right, not to be impressive.
More and more guests ask an AI assistant where to stay. Hotels deserve to know what those assistants have to go on, in plain English, with the evidence, and without being sold a promise nobody can keep.
A gap between hype and help.
"AI visibility" is crowded with dashboards that turn a handful of AI answers into a confident-looking score. Hotels are told to optimise for it without being shown what the assistant actually said, where it got that, or what on their own site is unclear.
Presence Pro starts from the other end. What does the hotel's own information say? Where does the wider web agree or disagree? What did an assistant say on the day, and who did it name instead? Then: what are the few things worth doing?
Independent
Presence Pro is independent. It isn't tied to a booking platform, a channel manager or an agency, and it doesn't take payment for placement or recommendations.
Evidence first
Every recommendation shows the page, quotation or source behind it. If there isn't any, it isn't made.
Principles
What we hold ourselves to
A score is always shown with how much of the full picture it rests on. A thin score is labelled provisional.
"Not found on the pages checked" and "not assessed" are honest answers. A page we couldn't open is never counted against a hotel.
AI answers are labelled as one assistant on one day, asked more than once, with a range. A change is called only when it's bigger than the noise.
We don't read pages that prohibit automated collection, and we respect robots.txt. Your own export gives you more, legitimately.
No fake or incentivised reviews, no paid placement dressed as editorial, no posting as a guest. Nothing is ever posted for you.
Review text is analysed for the run and not saved. Reports are visible only to the hotel that ran them. No tracking cookies on this site.
Public sources, careful rules, an AI used for what it's good at.
The audit reads your hotel's public website and open sources such as OpenStreetMap and Wikidata, uses public search results to identify listings and coverage, and uses an AI assistant with live web search to sample what travellers would be told.
Wherever an AI helps read your pages, its answers are checked by code: a quoted fact has to appear word for word on the page named, or it is thrown away.
Questions or feedback?
We'd like to hear what works and what doesn't. Every recommendation in the report can be marked useful or wrong, and we use that to tighten the labels. Or get in touch.
See for yourself.
Read the sample report and judge it on its evidence.
