What you get

The platform, at £49.99 a month for 12 months.

  • Access to the core Presence Pro platform
  • A monthly GEO assessment of your hotel
  • AI recommendation visibility, sampled each month
  • Competitor intelligence
  • Website and external-presence analysis
  • Prioritised recommendations, ranked by risk and effort
  • Historical performance tracking, building up month by month from your first report
  • £49.99 a month for your first 12 months

Standard pricing is £99 a month per hotel plus VAT. All prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies. Presence Pro is primarily software and monthly reports; it does not include unlimited consulting or hands-on implementation.

What we ask

Help us shape it.

  • Occasional feedback on the reports and the platform
  • Periodic product-feedback discussions
  • Help us understand which recommendations you find most useful
  • Permission to use your results, anonymised, to improve the platform
  • Consider (never required) sharing a testimonial or case study, which would only ever happen with your separate, explicit approval

Nothing here is a condition of a good report, and none of it makes the results look better than they are.

How it works

By application, not automatic.

1. Apply

Tell us about your hotel below. We read every application, and we aim to reply within a few working days.

2. We review and approve

We choose a small group of hotels that we can learn the most from, across different kinds of hotel. Applying does not guarantee a place, and we'll tell you either way.

3. Subscribe with your code

If you're approved we email you a one-time code. At checkout you enter it and pay £49.99 a month (plus VAT where it applies). The offer ends by itself after 12 months.

After 12 months

Your subscription moves to the standard price in force at that time. We write to you well before it changes, and you can cancel instead; cancelling stops the next payment and your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. Founding terms are in the terms of service.
